Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery
In Pitido Final, we do not have large warehouses with accumulated stock. To be more sustainable and avoid overconsumption, we manufacture each product especially for you at the moment the "initial beep" of your order sounds.
1. Processing Times (Production)
All our products go through a printing and quality verification process before being shipped:
- Clothing and accessories: The estimated production time is 2 to 5 business days.
- During peak demand periods (Christmas, sales, etc.), this time may be slightly extended.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been manufactured and handed over to the courier company, the estimated delivery times are:
- Spain (Mainland): 7 - 10 business days.
- Europe: 7 - 10 business days.
- International: 10 - 20 business days (depending on the destination country).
*Note: These times are estimates and start counting from when the package leaves our facilities, not from when the order is placed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the checkout screen based on the weight of the products and the destination address.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery in real-time through our website or that of the carrier.
5. Customs and Import Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Pitido Final is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time by more than 15 business days, please contact us at pitidofinalcom@gmail.com. We will investigate with the transport company to provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges
At Pitido Final, each product is made exclusively for you at the moment you place the order. This allows us to reduce waste and be more sustainable. For this reason, we ask you to carefully review your order before finalizing it.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product with a printing error, breakage, or any manufacturing defect, don’t worry! We will take care of everything.
- You have a period of [14 or 30] days after receiving the order to inform us.
- Send us an email at pitidofinalcom[at]gmail.com attaching clear photos of the product and the defect, along with your order number.
- Once verified, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost or proceed with a full refund.
2. Size Changes or Returns for Withdrawal
Because our products are customized or made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to our errors (such as mistakes in size selection, color, or change of mind).
Note: We recommend checking ourSize Chartavailable on each product before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
3. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
- Incorrect address: If you provide an address that the courier service considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our production center. You will be responsible for the reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed: Shipments that are not picked up at post offices or delivery points and are returned will require a new shipping payment to be processed again.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that banking institutions may take between 5 and 10 business days to reflect the deposit in your account.
