Legal bases of the "Win a Pitido Final T-shirt" raffle
1. Organizing company
This raffle is organized by BOX TO BOX SQUAD LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom with company number 17212473, with registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, holder of the brand Pitido Final and the online store https://pitidofinal.com.
Hereinafter, the organizing company will be referred to as “Pitido Final” or “the Organizer”.

2. Purpose of the raffle
The Organizer is conducting a promotional raffle on X/Twitter to promote the Pitido Final brand and its products.
The raffle will consist of the random selection of a winner from all valid entries received during the period indicated in these rules.
3. Territorial scope
Residents in the following territories may participate:
- Spain.
- European countries to which Pitido Final can ship.
- United States.
- Mexico.
- Argentina.
- Chile.
Excluded are those territories, states, regions, or jurisdictions where participation in this type of promotion is prohibited, restricted, or subject to legal requirements that the Organizer cannot reasonably meet.
If the winner resides in a territory where shipping cannot be carried out for logistical, legal, customs, or transportation reasons, the Organizer may offer a reasonable alternative or select a new substitute winner.
4. Participation requirements
Individuals who meet all the following requirements may participate in the raffle:
- Be over 18 years old at the time of participation.
- Reside in one of the territories included in these rules.
- Have a real, active, and public account on X/Twitter during the raffle period and until the winner is announced.
- Correctly follow the participation mechanics indicated in these rules.
- Do not use fake, automated, duplicate accounts, or accounts created solely to participate in raffles, promotions, or contests.
Employees, direct collaborators, suppliers linked to the management of the raffle, and direct relatives of the people involved in its organization may not participate.
5. Prize
The prize will consist of a t-shirt available on the Pitido Final website, at the winner's choice, as long as the model, color, and size are available at the time of claiming the prize.
The prize includes:
- A Pitido Final t-shirt available at https://pitidofinal.com.
- Standard shipping to the winner's country of residence, provided it is within the accepted territories and shipping is logistically possible.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, discounts, gift cards, or other different products, except at the Organizer's express decision due to unavailability of the chosen product.
In case the chosen t-shirt is not available, the winning person may choose another available t-shirt of similar value.
6. Free participation and no purchase necessary
Participation in the giveaway is completely free.
No purchase is necessary to participate or win. Buying products from Pitido Final does not increase the chances of winning.
7. Participation period
The draw will begin at the moment the official giveaway post is published on the X/Twitter account @pitidofinalcom.
The participation period will end 7 calendar days after the publication of the official post, at 11:59 PM, Spanish peninsular time.
Entries received outside of this period will not be considered valid.
8. Participation mechanics
To participate, the user must complete all of the following steps during the participation period:
- Follow the official Pitido Final account on X/Twitter: @pitidofinalcom.
- Repost the official giveaway post.
- Respond to the official post indicating which t-shirt they would choose from the Pitido Final website in case of winning.
Only one entry will be allowed one entry per person and account.
Entries made through multiple accounts, fake accounts, bots, automation, mass entry services, profiles created exclusively for giveaways, or any other method that the Organizer considers fraudulent or contrary to the spirit of the draw will not be accepted.
Duplicate, repeated, or entries made with the aim of artificially altering the chances of winning will not be accepted.
9. Selection of the winning person
Once the participation period has ended, the Organizer will collect valid entries and randomly select a winning person.
The selection may be made using a random choice tool, a manual export of valid entries, or any other reasonable system that allows for the impartial selection of the winning person.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify that the selected person meets all participation requirements before confirming them as the winner.
10. Communication of the winning person
The winning person will be publicly announced on X/Twitter from the official account @pitidofinalcom or be contacted via private message within approximately 72 hours from the end of the draw.
To claim the prize, the winning person must respond to the Organizer within a maximum period of 72 hours from the communication.
If the winner does not respond within the specified time, declines the prize, does not provide the necessary information for shipping, does not meet the participation requirements, or cannot be contacted, the Organizer may select a new substitute winner using the same system.
11. Information Required for Prize Delivery
To manage the delivery of the prize, the Organizer may request the following information from the winner:
- First and last name.
- Shipping address.
- Country.
- Contact phone number, if necessary for the carrier.
- Email address.
- Size, color, and model of the chosen t-shirt.
This data will be used exclusively to verify participation, manage communication with the winner, and carry out the prize delivery.

The data will not be used to send commercial communications unless there is express consent from the interested party.
